2019 Semester Payment System

Spring Semester 2019（春季）

Regular students:
1, By semester: Spring 2019, from January 2019 to June 9th, 2019, total $615. This discounted fee excludes spring break and Memorial Day (two sessions). The fee is due the first class of the semester.
2, By month: $135/month, due first class of the month.


常规学生：
 1, 学期制：2019春季，从1月到6月9日，学费一共$615。其中不包括春假和纪念日（Memorial Day）的课时费，并含优惠。学费须在学期开始的第一堂课交付。
2, 月费制：$135/月，每月第一次课时交付。

Summer Semester 2019（夏季）

Regular students:
1, By semester: Summer 2019, from 06/19/2019 to 08/25/2019, total $300. The fee is due the .
2, By month: $135/month, due the end of Spring semester.

Part-time students:
By class: $35/class, due each class. $5 material fee will be charged for each month.

常规学生：
1, 学期制：2019夏季，从6月19日到8月25日，学费一共$300。学费须在春季学期结束之前交付。
2, 月费制：$135/月，每月第一次课时交付。

临时学生
课时制：$35/课，每次上课时交付。每月另收材料费$5.

Fall Semester 2019 （秋季）

Regular students:
1, By semester: from 09/04/2019 to 12/22/2019, total $450. This discounted fee exclude Thanksgiving week (one session). The fee is due August 15th, 2019.
2, By month: $135/month, due first class of the month.


常规学生：
 1, 学期制：从9月4日到12月22日，学费一共$450。其中不包括感恩节的课时费，并含优惠。学费须在2019年8月15日前交付。
2, 月费制：$135/月，每月第一次课时交付。

All fees are materials included, except for part-time students. (Materials refer to all supplies needed for creating art works, excluding protective materials such as finishes, spray, frames, etc.)

There is a 2 week grace period for all type of payments. Late fee - $15 for monthly payment, 5% for semester payment - will be assessed if the payment is not receive within grace period.

所有的学费都包括美术材料费用，除按课时收费的临时学生。（美术材料指制作绘画作品所需要的材料，不包括后期保护作品的材料和画框等。）

 所有学费制均有两周的宽限期。超过宽限期后月费会增收滞纳金，月费$15，学期费5%。
